A versatile singer, endowed with a very warm and at the same time strong voice, with a very broad ? four-octave vocal range.
In the Eurovision Song Contest, Lidia Kopania will present a song called ?I Don?t Wanna Leave?, which proves that there are no limits in music. The piece for the Polish singer was co-composed by a German composer born in Moscow, Alex Geringas.
Lidia Kopania has released three albums so far: BEATING THE MORNING RUSH (2004), which came out in Germany as well as INTUICJA (INTUITION) (2006) and PRZED ŚWITEM (BEFORE DAWN) (2008).
The unique voice matches the artist?s beauty, and the enthusiasm with which she sings infects the audience at her concerts. She performs different songs, sometimes calm and mood, and sometimes extremely dynamic, full of inspiring, positive energy. Her lyrics, both Polish and English ones, move and encourage reflections, from which we usually run away. They are about the world around us, which, despite its hypocrisy, nasty surprises and dispelled dreams, is still beautiful.
When making her latest record ?PRZED ŚWITEM?, Lidia cooperated with Bernd Klimpel and Jens Lueck, and also with Rob Hoffman and Heather Holly (the pair has been behind the success of stars such as Janet Jackson, Phil Collins, Sheryl Crow, Michael Jackson, Hole, Quincy Jones and many more; Heather and Rob can also boast the enormous success of Christina Aguilera, whom they created and have been cooperating with up until now).
The authors of “I Don?t Wanna Leave”, the song presented in the Eurovision Song Contest, are Dee Adams/Rinke Boomgaarden/Alex Geringas/ Bernd Klimpel
